Yes.
To prevent elderly users from slipping in wet bathrooms, we designed this product specifically for bedside hair-washing and full-body cleansing.
Seniors can complete washing hair, bathing, and showering entirely in bed, without needing to move to the bathroom—making things easier for both them and their caregivers.
4. Will clean water and dirty water mix? Will the body touch dirty water?
No, not at all.
The device features a complete clean-water and waste-water separation system.
Clean water and waste water never mix, and the user will never come into contact with dirty water.
All liquid is fully collected without overflow or backflow.
5. Why do I need to use your special shampoo and body wash?
Our body wash and shampoo are specially developed to match the machine’s cleaning system.
Regular products may reduce cleaning performance and cause device malfunction.
We strongly recommend using the dedicated products included with the machine.
6. Why does the body wash feel slightly oily after use?
The included shampoo and body wash are water-free formulas containing active proteins.
They are designed to clean without additional rinsing water.
A slight smooth/oily feeling afterward is normal and will evaporate naturally after a short moment.
7. Why is the clogging indicator light on?
Usually due to one of two reasons:
1.The waste tank water level is too high — please empty it.
2.The cleaning head is blocked by foreign objects — please check and remove the obstruction.
8. Why is there a little residual water inside the cleaning head after use?
A small amount of remaining water inside the cleaning head is normal.
Simply stop the spray function and activate Suction-Only Mode for 5 seconds to remove it.
9. Why does the cleaning mode stop with a 2-second delay?
The cleaning mode has a 2-second delay shutdown feature.
Please avoid restarting the cleaning mode immediately during this period.
If the system reports an error due to restarting too quickly, simply restart the device to resume normal operation.
10. Why is there no water spraying out?
Please check the following:
1. Ensure the clean water tank is pressed firmly to the lowest position (you will feel resistance; the tank top should be flush with the machine surface).
2. Check if the spray nozzle passes through the center hole of the cleaning plate; press the center of the plate downward to secure it.
3. During first-time use, wait 10–30 seconds for water to fill the pipes.
11. Why is the suction weak or not working?
Please check the following:
1.Battery level — charge if needed.
2.Ensure the cleaning head maintains close contact with the skin.
3.Check that the waste tank lid is fully inserted.
4.Check the square pipe inside the waste tank — the pipe opening must face outward.
12. Why isn’t water spraying even though the clean water tank has water?
Ensure the clean water tank is filled and pressed down completely (flush with the surface).
If spraying still fails, the spray assembly may be blocked.

13. What should I do if the clean water or waste water tank is leaking?
In most cases, the bottom cap of the tank is loose.
Simply tighten it.
14. The machine has an odor — how do I remove it?
Please follow these steps:
1.Clean the waste tank thoroughly.
2.Attach the short-hair cleaning plate, place the cleaning head against a flat surface (table or palm), and run Cleaning Mode for 20 seconds to flush remaining body wash inside the pipes.
15. Why is there some water at the bottom of the device?
A small amount of moisture at the bottom is normal.
If there is a large amount of leakage, please contact customer service.
16. Does the machine have a self-cleaning mode?
Yes.
Attach the short-hair cleaning plate, place the cleaning head against a flat surface, and run Cleaning Mode for 20 seconds.
17. How long does the plant fiber cleaning pad last?
The dedicated plant-fiber cleaning cotton can be used for about 20 uses or one month.
After each use, rinse thoroughly with water and air-dry.
It will shrink after drying — this is normal.
Before the next use, rinse it with water and it will expand back to normal size.
If it does not expand properly or becomes significantly shrunken, please replace it with a new pad.
